Guide Rails
Our guide rails are fabricated out of 16mm x 40mm extruded aluminum with UHMW
wear strips on the inside.
The support post are made from Nylon and milled to fit exactly into the T-slot
and center themselves over the T-nut.

Non-Friction Belt Support
Our non-friction belt supports are made of Nylon and Delrin high-quality
materials.
The Nylon plate fits perfectly into the T-slot of our aluminum frame conveyors.
A double-sealed ball bearing hides inside the Delrin roller, mounted with a
stainless steel shoulder bolt.

Variable Speed Controller
A 100/150 Watts power supply rated at 138 kHz pulse width modulation is mounted
in a NEMA 4X IP66 enclosure. It takes 110 Volt AC in and provides 24 Volt DC.
The driver card is rated for up to 300 Watts service and has many special
features:
Min/Max current setting
Acceleration/Deceleration function
PLC hand shake
A potentiometer and an ON/OFF switch are mounted on the front panel.

Leg Sets
FORDERBAND offers extruded aluminum or stainless steel leg sets at any size.
They are outfitted with either floor mounting feet or casters to make our
conveyors portable.
Our stands are designed to not create a tipping hazard or safety situation when
moving portable conveyors.
