Our innovatively designed conveyors are available in any size needed. They are
equipped with a Quick-Change™ Drive Cartridge, containing the most powerful low
voltage motors and reducers in the industry.
Sizes
Available Widths
The standard metric widths are 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 and 160mm.
The standard widths in inches range from 8" to 30".
Available Lengths
Our conveyors are available in any length between 7.5" (190mm) and 240"
(6,096mm).
Available Heights
The conveyors are available in heights of 30mm (1.18"), 40mm (1.57"), 50mm
(1.97"), and 80mm (3.15").
These sizes are actual sizes, since there are no protrusions at the outside of
the conveyors.
Drive/Cartridge
Motor Voltage
We provide brushed and brushless motors in any voltage up to 48 Volt DC.
Rated Power
The motors are available from 10 Watts to 400 Watts.
Available Speed
Our conveyors provide a speed range from 1 FPM to 1,000 FPM, depending on the
motor size and application.
Load Capacity
The maximum load capacity per belt is 300 lbs, depending on motor size and
application.
